We started Umrah Via because the hardest part of the journey was the part before it began.
Ask anyone who has planned their first Umrah from the United States and you'll hear a version of the same story. A WhatsApp group, a list of package prices with no explanation, a hotel name you can't picture, and the quiet worry that you've chosen badly for your parents or your children.
None of that has anything to do with the journey itself. It's just information that nobody bothered to organise on your behalf.
So we built the thing we wished existed: a place that asks how you want to travel, explains what each choice actually means, and then hands the details to a person who checks them properly.
We don't publish prices we can't honour, we don't invent reviews, and we don't describe a hotel as "steps from the Haram" when it isn't. If a decision depends on something we can't be certain of, we say so.
